10 Healthy steps


  1. Maintain healthy eating habits - To get all the nutrition the human body needs, eat carbs, protein and yes Even fat at every meal. By doing so you´ll have a healthy heart, healthy brain and fully functional immune system.   2. Sleep well every night - Adults should get 7-9 hours sleep everyday while school ages children should sleep for 10-11 hours a day. The most efficient way to get your quality sleep is to sleep in complete darkness without any noises. Another way to improve your sleep is to exercise.
  3. Stick to exercise regiment - Itś all about what we are discussing on this page. Exercise without gym if you can´t afford it, you can do it same quickly and Even more efficiently. The muscle you develop will help you increase your metabolism. To keep your heart at rest, do cardio.
  4. Pursue your passions - Not everyone are people whose concerts could be sold out or are best sellers for years to come. That doesn't mean you can´t stop dreaming and do the things you like in life. Sports, photography, art, the list goes on and on.
  5. Limit your vices - Quit smoking, beat drug addiction and cut down on that awful alcohol abuse.
  6. Improve your psychological health - Prioritize maintaining meanful relationships and don´t forget to be social. Share thing that are unique for you (your thoughts, fears favourite movies etc.) with your friends.
  7. Keep your mind limber - Read more, solve puzzles, play games of strategy, learn to play an instrument, improve your memory and never stop learning. Studies have shown that there is a correlation between mentally challenging activities and decreased risk of Alzheimer's.
  8. Be hygienic - Wash your hands thoroughly after each time you come in contact with a sick person, using the bathroom, before a meal, or anything else what could make you sick. Dental hygiene is also very important. Use floss everyday and wash your teeth and tongue at least twice a day to avoid harmful bacteria.
  9. Make little lifestyle changes - After reading this don´t run rapidly to the gym and start making routines you+ll never do and end up quitting. Start with simple you can doś. Park away from the store and walk more. Take stairs instead of an elevator. Or weed your garden. 
  10. Remember to do everything in moderation - including moderation - Don´t start to make list for everyday, every hour, itś only going to make you feel trapped. Sometimes just let out some steam hanging out with your friends and you´ll be more satisfied with your life choices.
