- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
- 8 ounces coffee
- 8 ounces 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons caramel creamer
Cooking instructions:
This protein shake takes only seconds to make and really gives a time of your life to your taste senses. Simply place 8 ounces of brewed coffee and 8 ounces of milk in the shaker cup. Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of water
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 ounce of your favourite fresh berry
- 2 scoops of a chocolate flavored protein powder
