Protein shakes.

Chocolate, caramel and coffee protein shake.


Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  • 8 ounces coffee
  • 8 ounces 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons caramel creamer


Cooking instructions:

This protein shake takes only seconds to make and really gives a time of your life to your taste senses. Simply place 8 ounces of brewed coffee and 8 ounces of milk in the shaker cup. Next add 2 tablespoons of caramel creamer (any of your choice will do the trick). Finally add 2 tablespoons of your favourite chocolate (Whey Protein Powder).
    Shake well, and drink !

Chocolate banana berry protein shake.

Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces of water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ounce of your favourite fresh berry
  • 2 scoops of a chocolate flavored protein powder
Cooking instructions:

Place all ingreadients into a blender and blend until smooth. Any chocolate flavoured protein powder will do. A simple, tasty, fast and almost no fat protein shake.
