Great routine to follow !

Ever wondered what is the best exercise for you ?

Well everyone is different so It's really hard to find a perfect exercise routine meant for you.
This routines tell you to exercise four times a week, but you can add more if u like.
I'm actually using this schedule right now but i included running everyday. If you finish with the second week then start from the first again. Lovely schedule :)
Remember: A healthy mind needs a healthy body. Keep training !
