New guide to abs !

Hi people !

I just wanted to let you know that today I just started the new abs training program which hopefully will lose weight for me. As I started doing those exercises i found out that they are pretty difficult maybe not exactly for me but definitely for beginner so I decided to post a beginners guide on "How to train abs for beginners".
This routine is not going to be as hard as I found out to be on this one so it should be doable for everyone.
I hope you also are reading my nutrition page, cause it will help you maintain your energy during your practices and you will not feel the muscle pain afterwards.
