Here are some tips on what to do every day to keep your body in shape and lose weight !
Go out for a medium distance running every day. Itś best if you run in the mornings so you wake up properly and get in a good mood for the day. If you are a beginner go for a shorter distance and the tempo should be that quick or slow that you can talk to someone. Don't run a Marathon, itś just tiring and you wont last the day. Stretch always after you run, it softens the muscles and gives them a good rest. These work out routines what I have written down on this page is not meant to be done every day all exercises. For example I do abs on Mondays about 5 sets, on Wednesdays I tend to do chest, and bar exercises to abs and arms on Fridays. Itś that easy. Remember this, you can do cardio everyday.
Get on day to rest, like Sundays or Saturday. On that day don't go jogging or don't exercise, your muscles have a good rest as do you too.
Another thing to keep in mind is nutrition and a good rest. Sleep at least 8 hours a day and eat three times a day. If you are a nibbler kind of person who likes to snack every 10 minutes then change you beef jerky to smoothies or salad. Its good for you and it tastes good.
